The design and layout is the result of many hours of planning involving a wider design-team in an effort to create an environment symbiotic with 21st Century rural living.

Elsrickle is partially ‘off-grid’. The houses themselves will be bright and airy with flexible layouts on two floors. Every house has a utility room, ground floor shower room and a canopy at the front door – there are private terraces and fenced rear gardens. Plots 5 & 10 may benefit from a single garage (subject to a revision to the consents) whilst the others will each have a garden & log store. The design is themed to maintain continuity yet each plot offers an individual solution.

The first phased release will be Plots 5 – 10. These are set to the north of the cul-de-sac and each house benefits off-street parking and private gardens.

The second phase will continue further into the cul-de-sac and will include both a 4 bedroomed detached house and a single bedroomed terraced house.
